About myself and this blog
My name is Maria Galca and I live in Bucharest, Romania.
I’m writing the “Effectiveness Coach” blog to help focused careerists make the leap to a more fulfilling life.
I believe a mindset of continuous learning is the way to do this, and I’ve been practicing training and coaching for almost 10 years. I’m a constant learner. Without boasting, I love to learn each day, by contemplating, reading, listening, exploring. I like to discover traces that other people have left on this planet.
And I hope to leave a trace myself. To be an inspiration.
Currently I’m training to be a certified coach at ICA and working full time in Human Resources, climbing the corporate ladder. My experience lies in working mostly with young people (students and young professionals).
